An opportunity for members to discuss with Staff and Students at Iqra Academy Girls School their; Intent - For every Student to have her voice heard and to develop and practice Leadership skills in preparation for life beyond School. Implementation - The Student Council is a representative structure through which Students become involved in the affairs of the School, working in partnership with the School Management and Staff for the benefit of both the Academy and its Student body. Impact - Student Voice is heard and acted upon. Student leaders become role models in developing a safe and disciplined environment, thus creating a good culture of learning across the School. Students actively contribute to the development of School Policy in a wide range of areas such as bullying, mental health, behaviour code, curriculum and extra- curricular activities In addition, for the final half-hour Paul Oxborough from Momentum World will be introducing Time 4 Tea, their simple model for student-led social action that any school could adopt.
