The Fellowship provides a distinctive opportunity for research and development, creative thinking and vigorous critical friendship for schools, school leaders, and their stakeholders.

Full fellowship is open to any school that has completed a two-year induction, and affirmed its engagement to an ongoing values-led, research-informed partnership and to work for long-term change based around the four quadrant framework.
It costs £500 per school p.a. plus £1 per pupil for schools with fewer than 750 pupils and £600 plus £1 per pupil for schools with more than 750 pupils.

Because of the huge variation in the size and nature of trusts and their stages of development, we take time to discuss with each trust leadership a pattern of membership that works for them in their individual context.
